Hello there! Steph here, and I just came back from an amazing experience. Seriously, I don't know where to even start. Okay, at first I was quite nervous and excited at the same time. I remember seeing downtown Vancouver for the first time in my life. When I looked out of the window I saw a hoard of people on the streets. It shocked me. I heard stories of many homeless people on the streets, but I never thought it was this many. Jacob's dad told me that many buildings were unused. It was unsettling to see so many buildings being abandoned. After entering the parking lot, Jacob, his dad, and I went up some rocky stairs ( For a second I thought it was the church ahaha...) I saw many tall buildings, and as we walked towards the church, I took a nice picture. Inside, a guy was already waiting for us! He gave us directions, and we went downstairs to a rocky hallway! Jacob's dad said it was the old outside of the wall! They expanded the church! Soon Bob Swan met us, and we went into the kitchen for introductions! They gave us a nice tour around the place! I'll tell more later, but I need to go~!
